  • Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number : ~30–33
  • Resistance to salt spray or brine : Good
  • Resistance to seawater : Moderate

Acid Resistance

  • Sulfuric Acid : Better than 316 SS but not immune to resistant
  • Hydrochloric Acid : Not suitable
